Accessibility case study
A council form anyone can finish, including with a screen reader.
Ashcombe Council's parking permit form was one long page, with no visible labels and every error shown only after you pressed submit. This rebuild asks one thing at a time. The dark panel shows what a screen reader would announce as you move through it, and its switches stress-test the form against the rules it's built to meet.
