These terms cover your use of rivaantech.ae and, at a general level, the working relationship when you engage RIVAANTECH SOLUTION L.L.C ("RIVAANTECH", "we", "us") for a project. Individual engagements are additionally governed by the specific proposal, quote, or contract we agree with you — where the two conflict, that agreement takes precedence over this page.
This website describes our services and pricing, and includes illustrative implementation examples. Scenarios marked "illustrative project" use fictional companies and characters to demonstrate how a solution could work — they are not completed client projects, case studies, or testimonials, and shouldn't be read as guarantees of a specific outcome for your business.
Prices shown on this site (pilots, plans, and the Launch Pack) are fixed-price offers as described at the time you engage us, subject to the scope agreed in writing. Work outside an agreed scope is quoted and agreed separately before it begins. Deposits, payment schedules, and delivery timelines are set out in your specific agreement or invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom work (code, designs, content) built specifically for you transfers to you on full payment. We retain the right to reuse general methods, frameworks, and non-client-specific components across other projects. Our own brand, logo, and site content remain the property of RIVAANTECH SOLUTION L.L.C.
We build systems in good faith to an agreed specification and test them on your real data before go-live. We don't guarantee specific business outcomes (revenue, lead volume, time saved), since those depend on factors outside our control.
To the extent permitted by UAE law, RIVAANTECH's liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
